By booking a date, you agree to my working terms and understand that weather conditions may affect the shoot. Overcast weather doesn’t interfere with the shoot itself, although it may affect the color of the water in the photos — it will look less vibrant. Clouds and lack of sun are not valid reasons for cancellation or rescheduling. Rescheduling is only possible in case of heavy rain or strong wind, when shooting is truly impossible.If you cancel due to cloudy weather, the deposit is non-refundable.
A booking is confirmed only after a 30% deposit is made. Discussions regarding styling and shoot details begin only after the deposit is received.If you cancel more than 14 days before the shoot, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel less than 14 days before the shoot, the deposit is non-refundable and will be used to compensate for the time I’ve reserved for you.
If I cancel the shoot for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full.
I do not provide raw (unedited) photo files.All editing and color correction is done according to my style and vision.If you have reviewed my portfolio and you like my work, that means our styles match.
During the shoot, we don’t rush. We focus on the result, so I recommend allowing extra time in case we need to wait for clouds to pass or people to clear from the background — this is a beach, after all, and anything can happen.
One shoot = one beach location. All movement is within that location only. If you’d like to shoot in multiple places, this must be agreed upon in advance and will increase both the time and cost of the shoot. But you’ll get more variety in the result.
The price does not change based on the location — even if I need to travel to reach you.
I reserve the right to publish your photos on my website or social media for promotional purposes. If you prefer to keep your shoot private, please let me know in advance

I fully respect your right to privacy. By default, as a photographer, I may share photos and videos from our session in my portfolio and on social media.

If you prefer to keep your materials private, just let me know before or during the shoot — absolutely free.

I pay special attention to the natural look and atmosphere of the photos, so my editing is aimed at creating a harmonious image without significant changes to appearance.

Basic editing includes:
• Color correction — adjusting colors, light, and contrast to enhance the mood of the photo.
• Light skin smoothing across the entire body to create an even and aesthetic look without a “plastic” effect. Thanks to this, additional skin retouching is usually not required.

Basic editing does not include:
• Changing body shape (reducing body parts, folds, stomach, arms, or legs).
• Removing significant tan lines (e.g., sharp swimsuit marks).
• Removing a large number of stray hairs on the face in windy weather.
• Completely removing seaweed from the beach.

If you require more detailed retouching, it is available for an additional fee — $3 per photo.

I always recommend trusting my choice of location, as I know where there is minimal seaweed, and where the lighting and surroundings are most favorable for the shoot.
